About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, managing a caseload, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and document patient needs, medical history, and treatment plans.
  • Provide direct patient care including medication management, diagnostic procedures, and health education.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans.

Requirements
