Responsibilities

• Differentiate instruction by customizing and delivering lessons and using data to meet student needs.
• Engage students by fostering ownership, critical thinking, and clear routines.
• Grow professionally by embracing training, coaching, and feedback.
• Track progress by maintaining accurate student and academic records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Valid teaching license for K-8 in Oregon or reciprocal license.
• Unwavering belief that all children can learn.
• Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication.
