Responsibilities

Prepare the operating room and surgical team for a variety of surgical procedures.
Set up surgical equipment and instruments.
Aid the surgical team during procedures.
Maintain a sterile environment.
Adapt to changes in healthcare technology.
Communicate effectively with the surgical team.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

Graduation from a surgical technologist program through an approved school or the military.
Certified Surgical Technologist within 6 months.
Basic Life Support - CPR upon hire.

Use of general patient care equipment and communication equipment.

Pay

The posted compensation range is $23.11 - $34.38 /hour, reflecting the lowest and highest pay CommonSpirit Health believes it might pay for this position, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. The actual pay may vary.
