Brighton Resort is seeking passionate, experienced ski instructors dedicated to the craft of teaching and committed to creating exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for professionals who are confident leaders, skilled communicators, and fun instructors both on and off the snow.

At Brighton, you'll have the opportunity to share your expertise with a wide range of guests through private lessons, group programs, and multi-week lesson series for skiers of all ages and abilities. Whether you're introducing a first-time skier to the sport or helping advanced skiers reach the next level, your experience and passion can make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities

• Teach private ski lessons for guests of all ages and abilities
• Lead group programs and multi-week lesson series
• Deliver high-quality, personalized experiences to help students achieve their goals
• Build meaningful connections with guests while sharing your love of skiing

Qualifications

• Experience as a ski instructor
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for teaching and creating exceptional guest experiences
