Certified ServiceNOW Architect

Qualifications

• Certified Architect (required)
• Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, with demonstrated growth to architect level
• Extremely technical, with scripting expertise (JavaScript preferred, but aptitude is key)
• Experience running an IT department entirely on ITSM
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Demonstrable ability to work independently, focusing on best-practice architectural design, analytical problem-solving, and critical thinking
• Familiarity with system/software engineering lifecycle principles, including requirements analysis, functional and technical solutions development, and application support
• Experience working with large datasets, performing data analysis/modeling, and contributing insights for management decision-making
• Strong familiarity with the ServiceNow Suite (e.g., ITSM, SPM, FSM, ITOM, IRM, EA) and platform-wide analytics, AI, reporting, and Virtual Agent (a plus)

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience OR 10+ years of experience without a degree (degree preferred).
