Certified Service Technician

BMW / MB of Bowling Green, located at 325 Three Springs Rd, Bowling Green, KY, is seeking a full-time certified technician to join our team.

About the Role

We are experiencing significant growth and urgently need a certified technician to assist our used car facility. This is an opportunity to work in a clean, safe, and positive environment with a team committed to excellence. The ideal candidate will be able to work on most makes and models, perform diagnostic work, and execute repairs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Stay updated with required training.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional service needs.
• Complete online multi-point inspection reports.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician.
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fast learner with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a team player mindset.
• Computer literate.
