Certified School Counselor

Catapult Learning is seeking a PA Certified School Counselor to work as the Family Connection Liaison at a Philadelphia non-public school for the 2026-27 school year. Responsibilities
- Be an advocate, difference maker, and mentor for students
- Provide individual and group counseling, group guidance lessons, and consultations
- Consult and collaborate with school personnel and parents/guardians to develop specific interventions for eligible students
- Refer students and families to appropriate community agencies
- Provide parent involvement workshops
- Complete documentation in compliance with School District and Catapult Learning requirements
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
- Active PA School Counseling Certification
- 1‑3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Subject to state and local licensure and pre‑employment screening
- Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication
- Flexibility to work year‑round and/or during summer, full‑time or part‑time
Pay
The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $34‑$37 per hour, paid bi‑weekly.
