Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist – Murrells Inlet & Georgetown, SC

About the role

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) at Tidelands Health is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a growing community-based health system in Murrells Inlet and Georgetown, South Carolina. This role is an employed position within MUSC Health and practices within the Tidelands Health system to serve Georgetown and Horry Counties, the second fastest growing region in the country.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care under the supervision of anesthesiologists in a variety of surgical specialties.
• Assess patients' needs and develop anesthesia plans.
• Administer anesthesia medications and monitor patients during procedures.
• Manage postoperative pain management and recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Board Certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Eligible for medical license in South Carolina.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited CRNA program.
• Current certification from the NBCRNA.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Pay

Hourly pay grade Health-37, scheduled weekly hours 40.
