Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Full-Time

Role Overview

This position is for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) responsible for delivering anesthesia in a hospital setting. The role involves collaborating with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and medical professionals to provide safe, high-quality patient care across various specialties, including operating rooms, outpatient centers, endoscopy labs, cath labs, interventional radiology, pulmonology, and MRI.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care and documenting procedures
• Participating in professional development
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Completing pre-anesthesia assessments and reviewing lab data
• Taking call from home with a minimal call schedule, including an annual call bonus

Qualifications & Skills

• Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree in Nursing
• Certified RN Anesthetist license
• Minimum two years of experience; new graduates are welcome with an advanced sign-on bonus option
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Nursing

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $243,500 for new grads, with supplemental pay for call and extra hours
• Sign-on bonus of $30,000 and advanced sign-on bonus options
