Join a close-knit collaborative team of 27 CRNAs and 10 physicians delivering top-tier anesthesia care. You'll be supported by a Chief CRNA and Chief MD, who foster a culture of mutual respect, professional development, and teamwork. CRNAs practice at the top of their license, integral in managing diverse and complex cases.
No call, no weekends.
Scheduling
Dedicated CRNA team has the ability to work 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts. Team members work together to optimize patient care, provide seamless handoffs, and support one another during high-acuity cases.
Flexible scheduling allows CRNAs to easily trade shifts, promoting work-life balance while maintaining exceptional patient care.

Compensation and Additional Benefits
W2: $245k yearly
1099: $275,319 yearly
8 weeks of scheduled time off
Substantial sign-on bonus
