Responsibilities

• Manage a full scope of anesthesia procedures independently while collaborating with the care team.
• Deliver personalized, compassionate patient care across a diverse case mix.
• Contribute to a supportive, collegial environment with a team of CRNAs.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Provide anesthesia services, collaborate with healthcare professionals, maintain high standards of patient safety, and contribute to the hospital’s mission of delivering exceptional healthcare.

Requirements

• Experienced CRNA with the ability to practice independently at the top of license.
• Strong clinical skills in anesthesia management across various cases.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to patient-centered, community-focused care.
