About the role

Administers intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics to render persons insensible to pain during surgical procedures, obstetrical deliveries, or other medical and dental procedures. Potentially administers anesthesia to all ages and ASA classes of patients, including geriatrics and pediatrics. Provides airway management services as needed throughout the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provides airway management services as needed
• Rotates in the division when needed to provide patient care

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience at a hospital setting
• Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and an accredited school of anesthesia
• Master's degree required
• Collaborative skills with anesthesiologists and other health care providers
