Shift availability

• Full time and part time
• Day shift: 7 a.m.–7 p.m.
• Night shift: 7 p.m.–7 a.m.
• Available schedules may vary based on current facility needs

Pay

• $32.50 to $37.69 per hour (plus shift differentials as applicable)
• Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 (limited time)

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal, and local guidelines
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort
• Collect samples and monitor catheters
• Provide wound care
• Keep resident information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration
• Help coach staff as necessary

Requirements

• Current LPN license in Virginia
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new graduates welcome
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
