We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide anesthesia care in a state-of-the-art surgery center located on the Northern California coast. This full-time position offers a diverse caseload, including orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, urology, obstetrics, and plastics, supporting a healthy work-life balance in a scenic community.
Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia services independently for various surgical procedures
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to clinical protocols
- Contribute to quality improvement and performance initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRNA
- Strong clinical skills in anesthesia administration and patient management
- Ability to work independently and support a collegial team environment
