Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia coverage at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings Surgical Center, and Hastings Laser & Eye Surgery Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia coverage at Mary Lanning Healthcare, Hastings Surgical Center, and Hastings Laser & Eye Surgery Center
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records
• Collaborate with a collegial team of physicians and CRNAs
• Monday through Friday daytime coverage with shared night-float rotation (Thursday-to-Thursday, weekdays 12-hour shifts, weekends 24-hour shifts, 30-minute response time, two post-rotation days off)
• Seven weeks off annually, plus post-night-float days off
• Engage in quality improvement efforts and community involvement
• Participate in quality initiatives and community engagement

Requirements

• Current Nebraska RN license
• Current Nebraska CRNA license
• Current DEA registration
• Current CPR certification

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
• Experience in anesthesia preferred

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Proficient in EPIC electronic medical records
