Key Responsibilities
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and create individualized anesthesia care plans
- Administer anesthesia and continuously monitor patients during procedures for vital signs and adverse reactions
- Provide post-anesthesia assessments and care, ensuring patient safety and comfort during recovery
- Educate patients and their families about the anesthesia process, addressing any concerns
- Collaborate with surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes and streamline care processes
Qualifications
- Current certification as a CRNA and an active state license
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in anesthesia
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia-related pharmacology and procedures
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
