Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

For our client, we are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a healthcare environment. Location: Fairfield, CT - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $312,000 – $520,000 annually Responsibilities Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop care plans Select and administer anesthetics and manage equipment Administer anesthesia and monitor patient condition during procedures Document intraoperative records and adjust care plans Manage post-anesthesia recovery and discharge procedures Implement pain management strategies and advanced techniques Stabilize patients in emergency situations Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program Current state licensure for CRNAs BLS and ACLS certification Certified by the National Board for Nurse Anesthetists Insurable for medical malpractice requirements 8-12 years of related experience Competent in clinical CRNA performance Benefits Flexible working hours with no weekends or on-call shifts Outpatient focus reduces burnout and stressful hours Part-time, full-time, or per diem options available Collaborative healthcare team environment Opportunities for professional development and patient care improvement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
