Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetiologist - Full Time Position

About the role

True North Anesthesia is seeking a motivated, collaborative Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their team at Penobscot Valley Hospital in Lincoln, Maine.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in a variety of surgical settings including General Surgery, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, Podiatry, and Urology cases.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including but not limited to infection control protocols and emergency response plans.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of anesthesia techniques and medications through continuing education and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Graduate from a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the AANA Council on accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs
• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS
• Current State of Maine RN license
• Advanced Practice License (ME)
• NBCRNA Certification
