About the Role

The Analyst III serves as the primary support contact for the application, troubleshooting tickets, handling project assignments, and maintaining deep knowledge of the organization's policies, procedures, and business operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three years of related experience
• Working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures

Qualifications

• Current Epic certification(s) or accreditation in the area of support is preferred; certification in other Epic areas may be considered initially
• If Epic certification(s) in the area of support has lapsed, certification(s) must be achieved within the first 90 days
• Epic certification(s) in the area of support must be kept current, including completing NVT (new version training) and re-certification as required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Additional Epic Certifications, Accreditations, or Badges preferred but not required
• Analyst level and role-specific qualifications as outlined in the Information Technology Analyst Ladder policy
