About the role

We are currently looking for a full-time Clinician to join our team in Dearborn, MI. This is an exciting opportunity to work outside of traditional orthotics and prosthetics in a niche, pediatric clinical outpatient setting exclusively with infants and their families. As a Clinician, you will treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. Pediatricians and parents alike look to our Clinicians as the experts in evaluation and treatment of plagiocephaly as well as conditions involving misshapen ears.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants to reshape head shapes using the DOC Band®
• Correct infant ear shapes using EarWell®
• Develop relationships with families at every stage of their treatment process

Requirements

• Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist (CPO)
• Pediatric experience is a plus but not required
• Backgrounds in physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), or registered nursing (RN) are also a strong fit
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. (sponsorship not available)

Pay

The pay range for this position is $85,000 – $95,000, dependent on the applicant's tenure in their field and relevant experience.

Schedule

Traditional workweek schedule with no nights and minimal to no weekend work.
