About the Role
As a Certified Pilates Instructor at FFC West Loop, you will build your own schedule, grow your client base, and deliver high-quality training to help clients achieve their fitness goals. You’ll ensure a clean, safe environment, engage with clients, promote FFC programs, and stay informed through meetings and continuing education.
- Set your weekly appointments and maintain consistent service
- Grow your client base using proven sales methods (training provided)
- Ensure a clean, safe environment for all clients
- Provide exercise guidance and support to clients
- Build relationships and suggest relevant FFC programs
- Help clients achieve their fitness goals through quality training
- Attend meetings and continuing education sessions
- Maintain Pilates and CPR/AED certifications
- Volunteer for FFC-sponsored events and programs
Qualifications
- Full Studio Certification: Must be certified or complete certification within 6 months
- Ability to teach Pilates and its benefits
- CPR/AED Certification: Required
Pay
$49–$70 per session (based on experience and certifications). New instructors earn commissions and have the opportunity to earn bonuses in the first 90 days ($500–$1000/month for the first 3 months).
