SIYMCA has a rewarding opportunity as a Group Exercise Instructor (Non-certified). We know that providing a caring and supportive environment for our members begins and ends with our employees. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads energizing, fun, safe, and educational group classes, as directed by the supervisor, to accomplish the YMCA mission and goals
- Develops, implements, and supervises group exercise classes that promote the social, emotional, intellectual, and physical growth of participants
- Maintains working knowledge of program and trends to provide effective information and support to members
- Assists in the marketing and distribution of program information
- Responds to all member and community inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Affixes as necessary by the Wellness Director
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 6 months Program specific experience required
- Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained throughout employment
