Pay

• Hourly wage: $19.50 – $32.50 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the minimum wage for the job location)
• Additional compensation:
  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives
  • Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed); multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met

About the role

Pharmacy associates focus on the needs of customers by handling prescriptions and health-related requests. Responsibilities include entering and processing prescriptions, providing product information, and delivering customer service in the store pharmacy.
