Pay
Hourly wage: $19.50 – $32.50 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premium pay may apply in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
