Certified Pharmacy Tech - Travel Job

About the role

We're hiring an experienced pharmacy technician for a contract job where your expertise will directly support pharmacists in delivering exceptional care. In this position, you'll play a vital part in ensuring patients receive the medications they need—by assembling, stocking, and distributing them with precision and care.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, stock, and distribute medications with precision and care
• Support pharmacists in providing exceptional care to patients
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and hospital policies

Requirements

• Must have State License to Apply
• Prior Pharmacy Experience
• PTCB Preferred
• 2 years of inpatient pharmacy technician experience
• PA state license required by law and must be in hand at time of submission
• EPIC experience required
• Pyxis experience required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Knowledge of medical terminology

Pay

Weekly, on-time pay

Schedule

40 hours per week
Hours may be scheduled between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM
Every 3rd or 4th Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays as needed
May float to another nearby hospital location
