Responsibilities
- Understand the specific needs and limitations of every client and facilitate safe, fun, and results-driven fitness programs.
- Build and maintain equipment and ensure safety.
- Conduct initial fitness consultations.
- Engage with members to drive new client acquisition.
- Design fitness programs for individual client success.
- Serve personal training sessions.
- Monthly assessment of client progress and opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Act as a fitness expert, knowledgeable about new trends.

Qualifications
- Valid CPR/AED certification within 30 days of employment.
- Completed in-house CPR/AED, Smart Fitness Certification, PT Onboarding, and assigned online education courses within 30 days of hire.
- Education/Certification Requirements: Valid CPR/AED Certification within 30 days of employment.
- Background Check Eligibility.

Pay
$15—$30 USD per hour based on tenure and full-time vs. part-time employment.
Schedule
Available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, early-mornings, afternoons, evenings, and late-night shifts.
