Responsibilities

• Understand and meet the specific needs of each client
• Facilitate safe, engaging, and effective fitness programs
• Build and maintain equipment and ensure safety
• Conduct initial fitness consultations
• Engage with members to increase client acquisition
• Design fitness programs tailored to individual client success
• Serve personal training sessions
• Assess and track client progress monthly
• Provide excellent customer service
• Stay updated on fitness trends and advancements
• Communicate effectively with members and colleagues
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Be punctual and dependable
• Have a passion for fitness and a strong desire to help others
• Be organized and detail-oriented
• Be available for various shifts
• Have a healthy lifestyle

• Have a valid certification in Personal Training or a related field
• Have a valid certification in CPR/AED within 30 days of employment
• Have a valid certification in Smart Fitness
• Have a valid certification in PT Onboarding
• Have a valid certification in online education courses
• Have a valid certification in a relevant field
