Responsibilities

• Aids patients in developing problem-solving skills and coping strategies.
• Supports patients in daily decision-making, problem resolution, and crisis intervention.
• Helps patients identify personal recovery goals and objectives.
• Aids in the identification and coordination of community-based services and resources.
• Assists patients in creating and implementing personal recovery plans.
• Makes regular appearances in support groups to provide guidance and support.
• Monitors patient behaviors and well-being and discusses observations with the patient.
• Empowers patients through self-advocacy training.
• Timely and accurate documentation as per company, state, and federal policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain Peer Recovery certification or hold a CPS certificate from Missouri.

Qualifications
