Responsibilities
- Aids patients in developing problem-solving skills and coping strategies.
- Supports patients in daily decision-making, problem resolution, and crisis intervention.
- Helps patients identify personal recovery goals and objectives.
- Aids in the identification and coordination of community-based services and resources.
- Assists patients in creating and implementing personal recovery plans.
- Makes regular appearances in support groups to provide guidance and support.
- Monitors patient behaviors and well-being and discusses observations with the patient.
- Empowers patients through self-advocacy training.
- Timely and accurate documentation as per company, state, and federal policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to obtain Peer Recovery certification or hold a CPS certificate from Missouri.
Qualifications
