Certified Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process weekly certified payroll accurately and on time
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports
• Ensure compliance with prevailing wage requirements
• Utilize and maintain LCP Tracker records and reporting
• Maintain payroll records and employee documentation
• Assist with audits and reporting as needed

Qualifications

• Previous certified payroll experience required
• Experience with LCP Tracker strongly preferred
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of prevailing wage laws, DIR reporting, and certified payroll compliance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
