We provide system integration, custom application development, data warehouse and business intelligence, project management, custom reporting solutions and consulting services to mid-size and large enterprises in all major industries.
Responsibilities
- Align IT systems with organizational business processes
- Lead design and development of high-level software system architecture
- Make key technical decisions and guide development teams
- Design and develop solutions within the OutSystems 11 platform
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Develop and maintain web solutions that comply with accessibility requirements
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in OutSystems applications
- Integrate OutSystems solutions with third-party customer identity and access management systems
- Provide insights into business requirements and technical recommendations
Requirements
- Eight (8) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes
- Five (5) years of experience in a lead capacity
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field
- One (1) or more OutSystems certifications
- Five (5) or more years of experience as a Senior Outsystems Technical Lead/Architect
- Five (5) or more years of experience as a Senior Outsystems Configuration Specialist (Developer)
- Five (5) or more years of experience leading design and development of reusable and scalable common components
- Five (5) or more years of experience providing insights into business requirements and technical recommendations
- Five (5) or more years of experience using Service Studio, Integration Studio, data modeling, BPT, server/client actions, UI customization, and advanced features like cross-platform data sync
- Three (3) or more years of experience developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation
- Five (5) or more years of experience utilizing technologies to enhance and/or integrate with OutSystems applications
- Three (3) or more years of experience architecting, developing and integrating OutSystems solutions with a third-party customer identity and access management system
- Three (3) or more years of experience developing web solutions that comply with accessibility requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes
- At least five (5) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity
- Twelve (12) years, if substituting bachelor’s degree for additional qualifying experience
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field and a copy attached unless substituting with experience
- Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis
Skills
- OutSystems certifications (Tech Lead, Web Developer Specialist, Expert Developer, Architecture Specialist, Security Specialist, etc.)
- Service Studio, Integration Studio, data modeling, BPT, server/client actions, UI customization, and advanced features like cross-platform data sync
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET C#, RESTful APIs, relational databases and SQL
- Third-party customer identity and access management systems/identity providers (Okta/Auth0, Entra ID, Ping Identity, etc.)
- Accessibility requirements from WCAG version 2.1 and version 2.2, and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
