Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA - SNF

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing occupational therapy services under the direction of an OT
• Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient goals
• Focus on activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, and independence
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and safety strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Active COTA license/certification in the state of employment (or ability to obtain)
• New grads welcome!
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Current TB test/results
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)

• Passionate occupational therapy assistant
• Comfortable working in the SNF setting
• Quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• A team player with a positive attitude and a heart for patient care
