A Full-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in North Falmouth. Choice of scheduled: Monday-Friday, Sunday-Thursday, Tuesday-Saturday, Wednesday-Sunday (or) Saturday-Wednesday.

Pay and Schedule
We Offer Competitive Rates And Great Benefits:
- Good Faith Rate Range: $33.00-$38.00
- A full-time REHAB DIRECTOR / Speech Language Pathologist (ST / SLP) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department.
Qualifications
- A successful Rehab Director will:
- Ensure efficient and effective operations
- Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
- Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
- Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
- Provide speech therapy services as needed
- Be a licensed speech therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
- Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department
