Ten Broeck Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing is a 258-bed facility known for its outstanding subacute and long-term care services. The center offers a supportive environment for both residents and employees.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the occupational therapist during tests, evaluations, and complex treatment procedures
• Observing, recording, and reporting patient conditions, reactions, and responses to the therapist
• Assisting the therapist in consultations with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals
• Aiding in the care of the occupational therapy department and equipment
• Supporting in in-service programs and other meetings as assigned

Requirements

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification
• High School Diploma/GED

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing quality care.

Skills

Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Pay

Pay Range: $40.00-$45.00/hour

Schedule

Full-Time and Per Diem positions available.
