Requirements
- Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapy Assistant License
- Experience working in LTC is a plus
- Working knowledge of geriatric treatment modalities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Caring and compassionate team player
Job Duties
- Providing high quality direct intervention utilizing a combination of strategies to maximize progress
- Assist in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
- Aid in completing documentation including daily treatment notes and progress notes
