About the role
Parsons Preschool has four locations in Queens (Jamaica, Queens Village, Woodhaven & Howard Beach) serving preschool age students with special needs. This is for a 12 month employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to preschoolers with special needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess and evaluate the developmental and functional abilities of preschoolers
- Develop and implement therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
