About the role

Full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to treat geriatric patients at our facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform therapy treatments and functions for skilled nursing patients.
• Develop treatment plans that allow patients to reach their maximum potential or transition successfully to the next level of care.
• Collaborate with other therapists and nursing staff to provide cohesive, high-quality care that addresses both clinical and therapy needs.
• Educate patients and caregivers to ensure success at home after discharge from the facility.
• Provide quality documentation as required.

Requirements

• Current license in the State of Oklahoma in good standing.
• Experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
