Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) (PRN)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan individualized treatment plans collaboratively with residents.
• Promote independence by helping residents master daily tasks and regain independence.
• Monitor and guide residents in completing prescribed therapeutic activities.
• Assist residents in recovering from injury, illness, or other health challenges to achieve their highest potential.
• Ensure all resident information is handled with the utmost confidentiality.
• Collaborate harmoniously with interdisciplinary teams to drive exceptional care outcomes.

Qualifications

• A current Florida COTA license is required.
• Prior experience in long-term care settings is preferred but not mandatory.
