We're searching for an enthusiastic and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) who loves working with children and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, individualized occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
  • Support children in achieving developmental, sensory, motor, and functional goals.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, ABA providers, and families to maximize outcomes.
  • Document treatment sessions and progress accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding treatment goals and progress.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Maintain therapy equipment, treatment spaces, and clinic resources.
  • Contribute to a positive, encouraging, and child-centered environment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Current Kansas COTA license (or eligible for licensure).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of pediatric therapy experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pass required background screening and drug sing.
