Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant - COTA

We are Regency Gresham Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, providing skilled nursing and long-term care services in a compassionate and caring environment. We seek like-minded individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Assumes clinical responsibility in an assigned facility under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Directs patient care under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Performs only those procedures that the COTA is qualified and trained to perform.
• Makes all recommendations for changes in the plan of care to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Requirements

• Currently possess a degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Possess, prior to onboarding and maintain a current, unrestricted license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in assigned state.
• Adaptable, compassionate, detail-oriented, friendly, and courteous.
• Ability to kneel, stoop, and stand for long periods of time with or without accommodation.

Qualifications

• Physical strength needed due to the exertion required to assist patients.
