Responsibilities
- Assist Occupational Therapists in providing therapy sessions to residents/patients.
- Help develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
Requirements
- Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for occupational therapy and helping others.
Skills
- Proficient in using assistive technology and equipment.
- Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and interventions.
