About the role
The role involves providing therapeutic interventions under the supervision of an occupational therapist. The primary focus is on helping patients improve their functional abilities through various activities.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and activities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure all treatments are conducted safely and within regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices
- Proficient in using medical terminology and documentation

Pay
