Responsibilities
- Assist with daily care of residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals
- Monitor residents’ physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed
- Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements
- Confidentially communicate urgent needs and concerns to other staff and the Health Care Director
- Demonstrate the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) as required by state regulations
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
