Certified Nursing Assistant Transport Driver

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) / Driver to join our compassionate team.

What You'll Do

• Provide safe, on-time transportation for residents to and from scheduled appointments, outings, and special events.
• Aid residents during transport, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
• Maintain accurate vehicle maintenance and transport logs.
• Deliver compassionate, hands-on care including assistance with:
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Dining and toileting
• Mobility and positioning

Requirements

• Active C.N.A. certification in the state of Illinois
• At least 21 years of age
• At least 1 year of experience driving a 16-passenger van
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Illinois driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and proactive in a fast-paced or emergency situation
