Responsibilities

• Absorb and assist with activities of daily living
• Maintain and monitor vital signs
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families

Requirements

• Ability to communicate, written and oral
• Patient, with tact in dealing with others
• Extended periods of standing, bending, and heavy lifting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passing scores on the State Board Exam for Certified Nursing Assistants

• Patience and empathy
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and long hours
