Certified Nursing Assistant (Staff)

We strive to provide a culture that prioritizes teamwork and a positive work environment. We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join our supportive, team-oriented skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide care according to individualized resident care plans
• Assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and vital signs
• Maintain resident dignity, safety, and comfort
• Perform routine rounds, repositioning, and skin care
• Document care accurately and communicate changes to licensed staff
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification
• Career-focused, compassionate approach to geriatric care
• PREFERRED: Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic EHR/documentation skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure

Schedule

• Full Time Shifts available: 3am-3:30pm, 7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm
