About the role

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services promotes a challenging yet rewarding opportunity in a caring environment. They are currently seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed during shift.
• Support oral hygiene, including denture care, upon waking, after meals, before bedtime, and as needed.
• Complete patient care records at the end of each shift, ensuring accurate In and Out (I and O) documentation.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Charge Nurse.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be certified as a Nursing Assistant and listed in the DFS registry.
• Show genuine concern for the welfare of geriatric patients.
• Be willing to follow orders and attend in-service training and staff meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
