Certified Nursing Assistant

Description

The certified nursing assistant is responsible for providing various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs, support, and health status of participants.

Position Details

• $2500 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment paid in 3 installments.
• Role includes occasional home care assignments with most shifts being worked within the facility.
• Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8 am to 4:30 pm

Minimum Qualifications

• A High School Diploma/equivalent required.
• Active certified nurse assistant in Delaware.
• One (1) year of experience working with a frail/elderly population or must receive appropriate training upon hiring.
• Valid driver's license and use of personal vehicle.
• Superior written/verbal communication skills.
• Must be customer focused and flexible to adapt to ongoing change.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) as well as electronic mail and calendaring systems.
• Position may require 10% local travel and use of personal vehicle.
• Position requires ability to engage in frequent kneeling, crouching, reaching, lifting, sitting, walking, bending and lifting. Must be able to push, pull, move and or lift a minimum of 20 pounds if applicable.
