Certified Nursing Assistant
NeuroRestorative, part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries, illnesses, and other challenges. About the role
We are seeking a kind, hardworking, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to help provide compassionate, gentle care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an inpatient or long-term care facility and is capable of assisting with Activities of Daily Living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and recreational activities, as well as documenting care and taking vital signs. The successful candidate enjoys working with individuals with special needs and making a true difference in their lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic bedside care, such as assisting patients in moving to and from bed and ensuring their condition is monitored with consistent assessments.
- Assist patients with dressing or bathing as directed by the supervising nurse.
- Observe patients and report changes to the nurse.
- Provide basic support to convalescing patients.
- Assist with mobility exercises and range of motion activities.
Requirements
- Completion of a CNA certification program and current California CNA certification.
- One year of CNA experience preferred, ideally with medically complex patients.
- Current CPR certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, and families.
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
Pay
Salary range: $18.50–$21.00 per hour, based on experience. Blended salary range (8 hours base pay + 4 hours overtime pay) equals $21.00–$24.50 per hour.
Schedule
Full-time, 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM to 7:30 PM) with 4 hours of overtime pay included every shift.

Location details
NeuroRestorative facility in San Dimas, CA, located on Puente St. This is a 15-bed Congregate Living Health Facility (CLHF) with low patient ratios.
