This position is for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on the Ortho/Spine Med/Surg Unit at Baptist Medical Center South in Jacksonville, FL. Full-time days with a sign-on bonus of up to $500 for eligible candidates.
Schedule
Full-time days, working 36 hours per week with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Maintain a safe environment for patients
- Collect lab specimens
- Monitor and record intake and output
- Document in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- No prior experience required
