About the role
This position offers a full-time opportunity for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aid (CHHA) to work with VA clients from 3PM to 9PM.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
Requirements
- Valid certification as a CNA or CHHA
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy
